2 Eligibility

3 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. KoboPoint is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

6 Fees & Payments
KoboPoint charges fees for certain services, such as transfers and bill payments. These fees are disclosed to you before you complete a transaction. By proceeding with the transaction, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time, with notice provided through the Services or our website.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KoboPoint, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
10 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
