🗑️ Account & Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your KoboPoint account and all associated personal data. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please note that some data may be retained for regulatory compliance (e.g. AML/CBN requirements) for up to 7 years.
- Open the KoboPoint mobile app and go to Profile → Settings → Account
- Tap "Delete My Account" and confirm with your transaction PIN
- Your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days
- Alternatively, send an email request to [email protected] with subject: "Account Deletion Request"
